This black short haired male has been hanging around in Esplanade Gardens for over three weeks now. Does anyone know who he belongs to? He is wearing a brown leather collar and another black one.

Non-neutered Adult Cat lost in THE HIGH ROAD
Tigz was on his way to the PDSA in The High Road Vange when he escaped from his carrier. He has not yet been microchipped or neutered. He may be trying to get home to East Tilbury.
